In late 1989, the final phases of the M42 and M40 opened along with the iconic Merry Hill Centre while Regal Plumbing and Heating Services was founded on the 15th November 1989 by Roger Smith.
The following few years saw the company develop and in 2011, Regal Electrical Services Limited was formed.
In January 2013, Regal Plumbing and Heating Services Limited and Regal Electrical Services Limited merged to create Regal Mechanical and Electrical Services Limited.
Regal Mechanical and Electrical moved into their new head office in Birmingham Business Park in June 2014.
