Regal Do The Double! Winning both a Major development in Birmingham City centre and working with new client Sir Robert McApline!

Project description: Design and Build of Mechanical and Electrical services for 600 apartments for the Private Rented Sector (PRS)

Following the submission of a tender in the Autumn of 2016 and an intensive period of ‘due diligence’ by new client Sir Robert McApline, Regal have been awarded the prestigious Exchange Square development in Mass House. The project will commence this summer and consist of three residential blocks of 8, 14 and 25 storeys, with the final block completing before the end of 2019.
