Regal Mechanical and Electrical with Greswolde Construction completed the design and installation of both M&E and plumbing services to new classroom areas within the schools new three storey Spencer building. The works included -

• General small power and lighting
• IT, Audio and WIFI installations
• Fire alarm, intruder alarm and disabled refuge
• Heating, hot water & ventilation
• Classroom food, technology supplies
