Regal Mechanical and Electrical Services Limited in conjunction with Willmott Dixon and Housing 21 designed and installed natural ventilation solutions. Regal provided both natural ventilation to all residential corridor areas and the communal lighting, addressed the overheating created by traditional lighting via the introduction of controlled lighting circuits and cooler running LED light fittings.
