Regal complete the Mechanical design and build on Concord House with Elevate Design and Build Limited.

Concord House is a contemporary style development of 15 loft style apartments and 4 luxury penthouses with extensive roof top terraces. With design inspired by its industrial heritage and a palette of original and contemporary materials, Concord House provides a living aesthetic with both grit and refinement.

Regal worked alongside the interior designer and principle contractor to develop a unique and contemporary solution to warehouse living in Birmingham City Centre.
