Set in approximately five acres of land, in an attractive, luxurious residential area, the Village provides all the incredible opportunities for over 55’s who may, or may not, require care to live their lives to the full.

Erdington Retirement Village is ‘Center Parcs’ of elderly care!  It is the perfect place for the over 55’s to live with 260 beautifully designed and spacious apartments and a lovely surrounding area. They have a very wide variety of facilities on site including an indoor bowling green, a craft room, a café bar, an IT suite and much, much more.

It is an incredible facility for elderly people to enjoy and the atmosphere and friendships that exist within the village are truly inspiring.  We are proud to have been a part of the project and can see real potential for growth and development in the near future
