Regal complete the design and installation of Mechanical services to 53 elderly residential apartments to include heating and hot water to all areas and air conditioning to communal rooms.

All works were designed to current building regulations and Breeam standards adopting a low carbon policy with an emphasis on energy efficient products and systems.
