We are enthusiastic about working with Galliford Try again on a PRS scheme (Private Rental Sector) providing all M&E works associated with what promises to be 376 high quality, contemporary, long term residential apartments in the centre of the city.            

The project known as ND6 & ND7, situated in Bristol’s Temple Quay Enterprise Zone is designed with "green infrastructure" in mind.  With energy saving continually at the forefront of our minds, the immediate focus has been to minimise energy generation during construction and beyond.  The project promises to significantly reduce energy usage, minimise water consumption, efficiently and effectively dispose of recyclable and non-recyclable waste and with Temple Meads Train Station just around the corner, residents already have a head start on combating our carbon footprint.
