Regal have completed the design and installation of 180 'ExtraCare' retirement apartments for Orbit Independant Living. Regal Electrical carried out the following works –

• Mains distribution to both apartment and communal areas
• Internal low energy lighting
• Emergency escape lighting
• External lighting

Small power supplies to all apartments and communal areas, with:

Computer assisted communication systems that integrated fire alarm, door entry systems, access control, CCTV and SMAT TV to provide a fully integrated solution that satisfied the specification and met the client’s requirements in full.

Regal Electrical were pleased to provide Deeley construction with an experienced design and installation team that have worked together on previous projects of a similar nature and therefore provided Deeleys with a solid foundation for a successful project.
